I’m an architect and have lived in Chicago since I graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1995. I have a Bachelor of Architecture with an Emphasis on Design and Building Technology. Although I’m a modernest when it comes to architectural design, I have a passionate interest in American history (particularly American Revolutionary and Civil War History).
My recent purchase of a vintage condo on Chicago’s near north side (East Lakeview) appeals to both sides of my personality. Built in 1891, there’s enough historical context to interest me for years and enough remodeling to keep me occupied for the foreseeable future.
When not working on my house, I keep busy with my many other interests – Music, Photography, Architectural Design, Travel, History, Running and Volleyball. Can you tell I’m a busy body?
